Open Source Mail Server?

Is there a small stand alone distro of Linux which comes complete with a easy to follow GUI that would allow me setup a mail server it needs to have support for IMAP and POP3
I'm thinking something in comparison to freenas i.e small and lightweight ( excellent distro btw!) setup up file sharing in seconds!

IPswitch is pretty easy but not free.
I tried a google search on distrowatch.com but didn't come up with any distros dedicated to a simple mail server.

check the vm appliances, if you can use vm. btw the have free vm server (GSX).
maybe worth looking into.
