is it possible to sit for CVOICE if ccna is expired?
i've browsed cisco site and this is what they said
CCNA Recertificaton
===============
CCNA certifications are valid for three years. To recertify, either pass the current CCNA exam, or pass the ICND2 exam, or pass any>>>> 642 professional level <<<<or Cisco Specialist exam (excluding Sales Specialist exams), or pass a current CCIE written exam.
does it means that by sitting any 642 profesional level it will automatically recertify our expired ccna ?
to recertify simply means that ccna expired and it did mentioned that by sitting any 642 paper, it will get the ccna renew....
my ccna expired and registered for cvoice and it allowed me to do so...
can some one clarify on this ?

Yes. No.
Yes -- you can take any Cisco Exam. You just don't get the certification until you meet all the requirements, including the prerequisites (like a VALID CCNA).
No -- once your CCNA is EXPIRED -- you have nothing to re-certify. You have to take the 640-802 CCNA exam (or the 2 exam option) and earn the CCNA again.
