Study recommendation for this?

Would anyone recommend the Exam Cram 2 book and CD to study for the Security+ exam? I know the CD has around 250 practice questions, which would be helpful. It's not a brain ****, is it?

    The EC2 was okay, but if you're not doing security stuff for work you'll need something else too. I never got around to using the CD so can't comment on it except that it's not a ****.
