Chaps, has anyone come across a Class Based Training disc for the TUC exam, I seem to be able to find everything except this, just wondered if one was available.

This is a tough one -- not even a recommended book on Cisco Press, only the CCVP TUC Quick Reference Sheets.

For anyone starting the CCVP, it may make sense to look at the TUC blueprint and take Troubleshooting Notes for TUC while studying for the other exams.

The old Troubleshooting Cisco IP Telephony book is still in the Cisco Press CCVP recommended reading at the end, after the individual exam lists.

Then use the Cisco Docs to look up anything from the TUC exam blueprint that doesn't look familiar.
