I've been using this for awhile, but I don't think I've ever posted it here.
Check this Personal Wikipedia post at Life Hacker.
A personal wikipedia sounds kind of dumb at first, but as you start taking notes, it quickly becomes a fantastic resource. I have my split up into each exam, then each study resource, then each chapter. It's a breeze to find any note I've ever taken, and I can link to other websites, embed images, etc.
I just wanted to pass this along in case you haven't come across this before. Be sure to check out the YouTube video at the bottom for a quick demonstration of how easy it is to create content (that was what sold me on the idea).

Very nice and someone else in the forums got me hooked on that tool for my CCIE studies. -
