Anyone recommend this book?

I saw the book "Voice Over IP: First Step" at the local bookstore, and it looked like a good introductory book, without going into all the details one might get into with some textbooks. Has anyone read it, and would you recommend it? It is published by Cisco Press. I'm getting ready to start CCVP classes the second week of January, and I thought this might familiarize me with the concepts, since I don't know what textbooks we'll be using yet.

If you have some idea about VoIP, or after starting with the above book, try this book
