Callmanager 5 route plan question

Is there a "external route plan wizard" feature on this version of Callmanager using NANP? I know the Microsoft based versions have this feature, which makes creating a dialing plan/route plan a painless and simple task. I've looked through a lot of documentation, but couldn't find an answer for my specific question. Would anyone be able to point me in the right direction?
Starting to get warm. Found some documentation at http://www.cisco.com/en/US/products/sw/voicesw/ps556/products_administration_guide_chapter09186a00806b03c0.html but haven't found where it is, what it is called in the GUI, and directions on how to use it.
Found my answer. Talked to Cisco and here is what they came up with
"This feature was taken out in 5.0"
Funny this is that it is still documented as a working feature according to the link above.
