Ok I went into the MMC, User Policy, and set only CoDMP.exe to run. I was messing around getting a feel for the MMC and must have applied it to the adminstrator account too

Best bit is, I cant get into the MMC to correct this!! Any ideas?

nm figured it out. Just renamed mmc to CoDMP, worked a charm. Seems a sneaky way around it thou, in a production environment, I wonder how many users do this?
