Microsoft Classroom Textbook

Has anyone used this Microsoft Lab book yet? I am unable to find it in any bookstore but can order it online from amazon etc. If you have came across it can you please let me know if it was a valuable resource to have. Thanks

    Yea I have the whole set (ITT Tech gives you the whole suite for the MCSE) The deal is that a lot of the labs are geared towards being in a classroom type of environment. For example they'll want you to create a Domain based on the Instructors computer being the PDC and then they'll want you to connect to a few other student servers.


    ....But that being said it seemed like a very good book to me, I'm just now starting my MCSE with the 70-270 and when I get to the labs I just tailor it for my lab setup environment.

    They're not bad, but aren't usually in depth enough for the certification exams. The MS Press book is a far better resource, particularly for the 70-291.
