Hey, i ran a copy tftp flash on my router and it said Cannot load flash:, and reloaded into rommon . tftpdnld won't work, it keeps saying illegal ip address. This is an older 2612 with no usb interface so how can i load a new image onto it from rommon?

dtlokee Member Posts: 2,378 ■■■■□□□□□□you need to set the variables so you can use the tftpdnld command
IP_ADDRESS= <your ip add>
SUBNET_MASK= <your subnet mask>
IP_DEFAULT_GATEWAY = <your default gateway IP>
TFTP_SERVER = <your tftp server ip>
and you need to set the filename, use the "set" command to see what your options areThe only easy day was yesterday! -
