70-291 Exam Notes

Passed the 70-291 today with a 712. Tough. That is the only word I would use to describe this test. I spent three weeks studying for this exam and used Mike Meyers 70-291 passport book and Microsoft technet. There is so much that you have to know that it is difficult to learn all of it. I was surprised to see some questions that should have been 70-290 and some questions not mentioned in the certification guidelines, like wireless. I can't stress enough to know Software Update Services. I have had questions on both exams I have taken so far. Of course, DNS and all of it's options are important. DHCP, IPSEC and RRAS also make up a large part of the test.

Make sure to read the question carefully. Most times all of the clues you need to rule out answers are found in the way the question is worded. Good Luck! I am off to study for the 70-293.
