Unified Communication 6.1 on MCS 7816 - installation problem

Dear all
I have cisco unified communication 6.1 software & MCS 7816 . trying to instal call manager 6 on MCS 7816 but after media test (pass), it shows the error "this is not supported hardware" . I did not understand why because i have original MCS-7816-I3 server.
Does any one have any experiance ?

mikej412 Member Posts: 10,086 ■■■■■■■■■■If you got the model number right, it does show it's a supported platform for 6.x in the Cisco Unified Communications Manager Server Support Matrix
How much memory and disk space do you have? Do you meet the minimum requirements for the 6.x installation?:mike: Cisco Certifications -- Collect the Entire Set! -
asifm41 Member Posts: 2 ■□□□□□□□□□acording to that matrix, i have MCS-7816-I3-IPC1* and it is supported for unified communications 5.1 & 6.0 .
what can be the possibality?
