What are some good electronic keyless security door locks?

Anyone know of any good keyless electronic security lock websites that sell products? I have seen numerous places that have keyless entry, via keycards, keyrings, or even cipher locks. Anyone know of any good places they have used in the past? Any sites that advertise cameras, preferably IP cameras would be great too. Thanks!
