what is the difference between 220-601 and JK0-601 essentials exams? I noticed the price is different. Anything else?

    As far as I know, the J-exams are for students, and the content is the same.

    The CompTIA Certifications with their test numbers and test titles available to our academic members are:

    A+® This is the 2006 release of the certification

    JK0-601 A+® Essentials Exam
    JK0-602 A+® IT Technician Exam
    JK0-603 A+® Remote Support Technician Exam
    JK0-604 A+® Depot Technician Exam

    Once a schools or organizations meet the criteria to participate in the E2C Education to Careers program and become CompTIA members, they are then able to purchase test vouchers at a significant discount.
