What do you think the best certification track in Cisco? Voice???? in terms of getting a job after certification.??

I'd say what ever you have experience to back up would be your best bet for getting a job with.
If you don't have any experience its pretty much a toss up. Voice and security seem to be "hot" right now, but with out experience both of these will be hard to get into regardless of certification. If you get your CCNA you should be good to start out and find which track interests you the most then go down that road.
Or you could always go with the Mike approach and collect them all

Go for what you like, what you're good at, or if you have no other choice, what you have an opportunity for (if you think you could tolerate it).
If you want to go Security or Voice -- then take any opportunity you get to start getting some experience.:mike: Cisco Certifications -- Collect the Entire Set!
