Does A+ Expire?
I just glanced at my 2006 A+ and I see adnotation that "this certification will expire 29 Dec 2009. Why is that/

I checked the FAQ on the CompTIA site and it says that the certifications are lifetime.Jumping on the IT blogging band wagon -- http://www.jefferyland.com/ -

I was sure that they are lifetime as well. My project+ doesn't have any dates on it... That's weeeird...No trees were killed in the posting of this message. However a large number of electrons were terribly inconvenienced. -

I think they mean they will come up with a new test at that time...so they dont just have the same test for years to come.
It is lifetime though, thats why it costs an arm and a leg.
