Monitor internet usage
Has anyone used or currently using any software that is able to monitor and report on internet usage? My customer dosn’t have ISA at the moment so I am guessing it would have to be some 3rd party software.

We us SolarWinds and love it!!! It is an awesome tool. I was recommended this by 2 CCIE's and tried it out and loved it. -

We use FortiCare web reporting that ties in directly to our FortiGate firewalls.

Cacti - GNU SNMP graphing software. Very cool. I prefer Paessler (PRTG) though.
All of this requires your network device to use some version of SNMP, which is common on pretty much any managed network device (and windows and linux).
