QOS Frame Relay question

Is anyone still using frame relay as a wan link for voice and data? I work for a service provider, and any installations we've done in the past 4 or 5 years only involved fiber, adsl, or sdsl links. I'm looking through the QOS material and frame relay still seems to be covered quite a bit.

It's still in use, sometimes depending on the location. I have had a lot of my customers trasition to MPLS because the provider was dismantling their frame network. I think Cisco still likes frame relay because of it's nature makes it an interesting study in QoS.
