I have installed call manager 4.0 in a vmware. Is is possible to register Ip phones when you install CCM in a Vmware? Because the Ip address that hosts the PC and The Vmware are different

Yes. You'd probably want to figure out the VMWare network configuration options -- and pick one that would work for you. You can use another physical interface (if you have one) or bridge to your existing network using the host network adapter.... or you can NAT.
