NoNat ACL Question

Will the hitcounter on an access list increment if the ACL is being used for NAT0? I have an ACL set up that isn't incrementing, so I'm not sure if I'm okay to remove it or not.

    It doesn't increment.
    We responded to the Year 2000 issue with "Y2K" solutions...isn't this the kind of thinking that got us into trouble in the first place?
