curious about 220 (from someone who has taken it)

Ok, i know there was just a post about the 221, and they are both case study exams, but i still would like to make sure.. i am assuming it is about the same; 4 case study's and 40 questions. I know it is 4 hours long.. I just wanna make sure im not going to get 100 questions.. hehe
