I am correct in saying that to build a new print server to replace an older server, you run the printmig utility and thats all? Or do i have to include adding the printer drivers of our printers as well? Never built a print server before so i would like some hints and tips please.

All you should have to do is to run printmig on the old server to capture all the printer configurations and drivers, then restore it to the new server. Occasionally, it doesn't get everything right though.
