Whats the difference?
RS_MCP
Hello IT Pro's!
What is the difference between an MCP & a IT University Degree?
Affect this has on the professional corporate environment?
I know this maybe a silly question but I just wanted to know if there were any differences between them.
Thank you for reading this post.

Thats like comparing applies and oranges though in all honesty. The first key is getting some experience, then obtain some certifications. If you feel you wanna go more into management then a degree may be a good option. But take this example:
first guy:-
15 years in IT
project work, consultancy, certifications and lots of experience
second guy:-
15 years in IT
degree and management experience
Techies eventually make the best consultants because they know their stuff.
