NTBackup Script
Hi Guys,
Could someone help me with a ntbackup script. This is what server2003 has created when i use ntbackup wizard:
C:\WINDOWS\system32\ntbackup.exe backup "@C:\Documents and Settings\Administrator.BRENNAN\Local Settings\Application Data\Microsoft\Windows NT\NTBackup\data\brennanbackup.bks" /n "Media created 06/03/2008 at 13:37" /d "Set created 06/03/2008 at 13:37" /n "Media created 06/03/2008 at 13:37" /v:no /r:no /rs:no /hc:off /m normal /j "Brennan Backup" /l:s /g "0ebe86d6-29c6-44ea-b58d-886030719d4c"
Ideally, i would like it to do the following:
Overwrite any data that is on the tape
run the full backup regardless of the media name (if possible?!) so whatever tape is in the drive the backup will run
Save the log file to a shared folder which is \\brenfsrv01\backuplogs
Eject the tape once completed
Thanks Guys!
