Technology can already see under clothing. Millimeter wave technology allows seeing not only details under clothing but under skin as well. People wearing hats, wigs, false beards, eye glasses, etc. can easily defeat optical facial recognition systems. Millimeter waves penetrate clothing and allows the measuring of skin and bone feature geometry. And this technology is being deployed today.
