ConsoleOne on Win XP SP3

in Novell Certification
I'm doing a test on Win XP SP3, however the ConsoleOne starting STOP reponsed when I click on user > properties. The User Account properties never pop out.

The workstation already installed Java 6..

comment or suggestion why this act up?
