CompTIA "Impact Learning"

I logged into my CompTIA certification progress page and noticed that there is an item titled "Impact Learning" .

Does anyone know what this is? A search of CompTIA's site didn't return anything really useful... a Google search led me to a company named "Impact Learning".

Just curious...does everyone else see this?

I see it, too. I think it has to do with sales & service agents (e.g., call centers, help desks, technical support over the phone).

Wonder if they are A+ certified

I looked into to it and why does someone need this type of training? Call centers normally have their own training, right?
Perhaps Impact is going to companies to train employees? Seems like something not really cost sufficient to be outsourcing.
