Print Servers

I am just building 2 new print servers to take the place of our old print server, my manager wants me to split the printers across 2 servers just incase one fails, but i cant picture it in my head if one does fail how are the users going to be able to print using the other server. We use a print script and ok i can chnge the script to include the other server but it still does`nt give me failover? What is the best way to set this up so that i have fault tolerance with my printers? using 2 servers?
