OSPF EIGRP anyone?

Does the test focus on OSPF and EIGRP equally or is one more important?
Also are OSPF hello packets addresses that point to the loopback address when it's in a point to point network ? What about if it's not in a point-to point network?

I don't know if I'd got your question the right way.

The loopback device is established that the OSPF Process won't stop if the physical interfaces are going down.

The difference between Point to Point and mulit access network ist that the DR und the BDR are only elected in multi access networks
