Potential Bug in OWA - Setting Certain Forwarding Rules

Looks like when I set a rule in OWA to forward messages, if the forward rule is to an internal account (someone in the GAL for example) it works fine. If I set it to forward to say a hotmail account or anything external it does not work. If I set this same rule up in the Outlook 2007 client it applies the rule correctly.



Been able to reproduce it in 2 environments so far, anyone else have thoughts? Same issue?
