Outlook Question

Our email provider no longer allows POP from users outside of their network... In our case, this means the dozen or so people who work from home. It's not too big a deal for me to set them up using IMAP, but these people are the bosses here, and any little change upsets them.
So, the problem I'm having (and it's probably simple) is that IMAP creates another folder set in Outlook. Some of these people are not the most computer savvy, so I'm a little concerned about what I'm going to hear. I think that at the very least if I can make so that Outlook opens by default to the Inbox for the IMAP instead of the inbox for the personal folders, that it might be a start.
Unfortunately, We have to use Outlook 2000, like I said above, change is bad for the bosses (which is very frustrating at times).
Any suggestions? Thanks.
