Simulators on QOS exam. Know your cli for both routers and switches. Pretty interactive. ? will work and tab (to complete command). Same as CCNA exam simulators. I think cisco also has a video on simulators and other questions for the CCNA at http://forums.cisco.com/eforum/servlet/PrepCenter?page=examstudy. Watch this, it's very informative. Have your policing/shaping information nailed down, I was weak in this area.
