GNS3 problem

in CCNA & CCENT
Hi all Im new to this forum and it had already help me by reading a few posts so thanks!
Im studying for CCENT using CBT nuggets and i have GNS3 as a simulator
in a few videos there's an explanation about SSH and HTTPS
but when i simulated a c3660 IOS image I couldn't type commands like
1. why is it like that?
2. do you reccomend another simulator?
i poped into something called "cisco packet tracer" what is that?

problem solved
I emulated an IOS image that didn't support advance security like SSH and https -

Right -- in the old IOS naming format you'd want something that suports crypto, like a k9 in the image name.
With the added security topics in the updated CCNA, I should probably add that as a note in the Home Lab section of the CCNA FAQ.:mike: Cisco Certifications -- Collect the Entire Set!
