I would recommend Transcender (or Selftestsoftware.com since they are owned by the same company) or Boson. Another popular one is MeasureUp if memory servers (haven't used that one though).

MeasureUp usually gets terrible reviews. I have the Transcender pack, and I've noticed a few errors so far. Nothing major, but it'll sometimes count an answer wrong even though it's right (and is stated as such in the explanation). It's not a big deal, but you do need to keep an eye on whether each answer was truly correct or incorrect. I've emailed them, and they say they're working on it.
