Need help in setting up Olive

I am using QMEU. after setup every thing. QMEU reboot and stop. i open another cmd window and telnet to 127.0.0.1 1001. and received following error after some time

ERROR:discovered_install_drive: tmp/preinstall/install.config not found. you are now in debugging subshell (you maynot see a prompt)......

anyone can help me. i will appreciate
