Prblem in free BSD VMware

when i tried free BSD in vmware, received error

No bootable CD, floppy or hard disk was detected.
To install an operating system, insert a bootable CD or floppy and restart the virtual machine by clicking the Reset button.
Even I put 4.4mini iso in the same directory of vmware.

Can anyone help me here.
