I am trying to watch the 70-290 cramsessions but usually there is a windows media player tab in order for me to watch on a larger screen. That tab has now gone and I am only able to watcht the cramsessions in a small screen on the web page.

Can anyone help me on what to do? (Download etc)

They must be shuffling some things around. There used to be an episode list where you could download the episodes (this is still referenced in their faq). Try subscribing through iTunes or something. You should be able to download them that way as well. It looks like they offer HD subscriptions as well. Links on the left: http://www.itidiots.com/component/option,com_frontpage/Itemid,1/

I have Itunes but do not have an mp4 ipod.

Is there no other way?

It'll play in iTunes or Quicktime. Get the HDTV version, not the iPod version; it'll be higher quality.
