WAS contacted by a software vendor for a client support position. Trying to find some info on doing support on the software side. From what i can tell they are a msft software vendor that sells a customer relationship management software that is based on msft platform. Hoping that someone on the board has any experience in software support of this type and what type of career path could i expect
