Is it safe to buy on ebay microsoft professional 2003?

    Do you mean Office Professional 2003? It might be. You should make sure it's a legitimate, unused copy that's still sealed.

    Just make sure that it is retail and sealed. Sometimes the sellers will try to sell you Not for Resale (NFR) promotional software, which are fully licensed to be used, but obviously not for resale.
