CHKDSK problems with DiscKeeper?

I just got the latest version of Disckeeper Pro (I think it’s version 8, but don’t quote me on that.) I’ve had it on my computer for the last couple months and I’ve been having some problems.
For the last week or two I’ve been getting CHKDSK errors on boot and it’s really ticking me off. I have made some system changes in the past few months and it seems like I got a slight boost and then things started running slower.
In order of change:
-Added Disckeeper (Whatever the current pro version is)
-Removed Symantec Corp 10 and installed AVG A/V 8 (not the free version)
-Upgraded my RAM from 1gig to 2 gig(4 x 512mb). Both are Corsair XMS DDR400, but the timing is slightly off. I think one is 2-3-3-6 and I think the other is 2.5-2-2-5 or something like that.
Then about a week later I started having this CHKDSK error. Now DiscKeeper says it can’t do certain things to my C: partition because I formatted it to FAT32(I was dual booting with Linux then I put Vista and have not used it, but since erased that and have been lazy in not converting it over).
So I deleted the A/V and restarted it, same error. Put pack AVG Free on.
My partitions are as follows:
Disc 0 – 80 GB Seagate
C: WinXP FAT32 10 GB
Vista NTFS 10GB (not currently using)
E: Swap FAT32 1GB
F: Program Files NTFS 56 GB
Disc 1 WD 500GB Mirror
G: All spilt to 150 ish GB a piece formatted to NTFS
H:
I:
My C: partition is the ONLY partition getting this error from CHKDSK on boot. DiscKeeper says all HDD are FINE. I downloaded some Seagate drive tester which said the Seagate is FINE. WTF???
My next move is to format the C partition to FAT32, but if there really is a problem with a block or cluster will that fix it or make it worse?
System Setup
WinXP Pro SP2
ASUS A8N-E
Athlon X64 3800+
2 gig Corsair XMS DDR 400
80 gig IDE system drive
500 gig SATA Mirror (game runs off of)

get rid of the multiboot partition they suck; i used to do the same thing and man
there are just too many issues with multip boot..
go to Microsoft website and download Virtural PC 2007 or higher and depending
on your OS there are 32 bit and 64 bit VPC versions
run a vpc or get vmware free and run a virtual disk they are way cool you can take them to your friends house meaning they are mobile in nature..freakingh love it
when one o fmy vpc or what you cah vhd goes bad i just copy my backup copy and start it up
like picking a house up and laying down somehere version rebuild time love it!
virtual is the way to go!
good luck;
this will solve your chk dsk issue. you might have do some partitioning or repartition
but once you have your VHDs you wont go back to multiparttion. the problem i think]
lies with the mix of unix/windows and diskeeper or whatever is trying to fix something that cannot be fixed. so create a basic os on a partion and no multipart anyore; so raid or something which i run raid for os and for data $hit happens! you wont be sorry!
been there done what you have gone through! dont wast your pressious time on something
that cannot be fixed. maybe somecan can fix it but takes tooo much time not worth it
plus you can get with the time and run VM! -

You might try doing a memory test also, just to rule out any memory issues. But multi-boot partitions are soooo 90's
