I am having problems logging into my account at www.prometric.com.
I do not remember my password, so I am trying to verify it via email.
For some reason when I enter my email ID, the page does not load and says 'Contact the Webmaster' I have chased up prometric for over 2 weeks now and they keep telling me the same bullshit...& they denied that they have received any complaints regards to this.
Anyone else experiencing the same problem?

Have you tried talking to a local prometric center and have them reset it for you?Growth is limited.
