Has anyone taken the OOS 642-642 exam recently...

Hey guys..

Just wondering if anyone has taken the QOS exam recently and if so what material did you use to study for it..

Ive been using the Official Cisco QOS Study Guide ( 2nd Ed ) and it does seem to cover everything mentioned on the Cisco blueprint... however, this is almost 3years old now.. !

Im taking the test tomorrow and Im slightly worried now with murmurings of BGP and SRR knowledge required.... yet there is no mention of it in the study guide..

Without obviously going into question specifics.. !!.. would anyone who has recently sucessfully completed the exam, say that blueprint is still accurate.

if it's not too late, I took the exam in Sept or Oct 2007 time frame. The blueprint was close. I used the courseware, and Wendell Odom's book. I'd had a lot of practice over the last year or so, but I thought the exam was one of the easiest I had taken.

I found the exam quite easy like jonmo2578 said.

But it depends your on experience on the subject.

Since the QoS Exam is in both the CCIP and CCVP -- and there are replies in both threads, I'll just add a link in the CCVP thread back here too.
