Advice for Phone Interview

Hey all,

I have a phone interview today at 2pm (est). This is my very first career interview as I am graduating this weekend. What should I expect from a phone interview?

Also, the position is for a Resource Manager. Remembering that this is an entry level position, what kind of tasks would this position cover? (I'm planning on getting the details during the interview but I am hoping to get a general idea beforehand). I'm guessing it's a person who manages inventories and assets and whatnot and tries to improve efficiency. I also did some background research on the company so I'm ready in that aspect.

I just had my phone interview, and it went great! I'll be getting a second phone interview soon. They asked me a lot technical questions and what I do in my spare time (video games, haha). I figured the job was here in Michigan (that's where I've been applying to), but it's actually in VA. I wasn't planning on relocating out of state so I need to figure that one out. Thanks for the tips!

Should I plan on the second phone interview being more like a face to face interview?

The second interview could be a face to face or it could be another phone interview. They have to justify paying for travel expenses so they have to like you quite a bit.
