When I passed 70-270 I recieved the MCP certificate.

When I complete the MCSA, will I recieve another or different certificate?

Is it the same for MCSE & MCDBA?

Yes. With each new certification you earn, you'll be sent a new welcome-package. Microsoft is also very specific on their MCP site that you will not get a new package and 8 1/2" x 11" cert for each individual exam you take, only for fully-realized certifications. (So you won't get a piece of paper for 70-290, then 70-291, then 70-293, etc. You'll only get them for MCP, MCSA, MCSE, and so forth.)
