Altiris/Wise packaging training?

I need to get up to speed on software packaging and I'm looking at Altiris at the moment.
Has anyone used the online training course here: http://learn.altiris.com/eCommerce/index.cfm?FuseAction=ShowSKUDesc&SKUID=113&AddPopularity=1¤cy=USD®ion=
If so, good/bad? Worth it for $200?
If not, any other suggestions for training?
