Unmapped exception null???

I'm looking for documentation that explains what I'm doing wrong on a CCM 5.X system. Anyone have any suggestions? What I was trying to do when this message popped up, is to add a dn to a CTI route point.

You mean besides using 5.x?

Hard to make out the png file -- but from what I could make out, it may be related to a known bug with the Dialed Number Analyzer code.
