Just wondering if anybody has ever worked at Verizon before as tech support. How was the job? How was the pay?

    I haven't worked there but I had lots of experience calling Verizon to tell them about problems with their modems or network on the behalf of customers. Never ended up talking to an L2 but I know that the L1s were very uncooperative which was why we always ended up talking to a manager to get things replaced or reset or just plain to get an honest answer about the network. Sorry it isn't a direct answer to your questions!
