Ethical Hacker, basically says you are able to "hack", understand some basics of hacking, etc but you also swear to be a "good boy/girl" and would only use your knowledge and abilities ethically and not for illegal purposes. In a nutshell.....Much more info on it out there. There are also other Ethical Hacking and Pen test certs that are gaining strong.
