Anyone heard of it? Have it? etc etc...looking for any info other than that from microsoft.com

2lazybutsmart Member Posts: 1,119As the name suggests, you'll be a "desktop support" guy. Microsoft developed this certification to facilitate a work force that could support the people at their desktops for "I can't use this, can't use that, can't use outlook, can't see files" problems. You'll get some good knowledge about desktop programs used everyday (of course, MS apps only). Apps include Outlook, IE, Office, etc. etc..
But whether that's the cert you'll want to go for depends on what kind of job you'll want to do?
