Cisco wifi
Hello,
One small question:
For a Cisco aironet 1200series AP with dual RP-TNC antenna connectors, do I need two omni/dipole antennas or a single, one is enough??
That equipment is supposed to be used as single/primary AP for wifi clients.

hypnotoad Banned Posts: 915We have the aironet 1242's and they have dual RP-TNC's for each frequency range (total 4). One antenna is used for 2.4 ghz and one is for 5 ghz -- so we service both B/G and A clients. so we have 2 unused radio on each.
You can get away using one radio. -

anyway, thanks for your answer
